A New Winter Coat

This year has been a record year for distance cruised. We took 10 days to do the western half of the Leicester ring, including a trip to Napton then back to Foxton, before turning back round and dashing down to Cropredy for what was a disappointing visit to the Festival for James and I.
It took one weekend, cruising for 25 hours to get down there, but took 3 weeks of stolen moments to get her back!
Quo is now safely tucked up back at Debdale for the winter.
Following an engine service, and the fitting of a new side hatch lining last week, Monday 25th November saw her lifted out and trucked into Debdale's DIY shed where Robert Naghi is to spruce up her tired old paintwork over the next week or so.
Moored waiting to go into the lifting bay

Nestled in the shed.

We are keeping the basic colours, but Robert will change the shape of the panels and borders, adding some signage, diamonds etc. and the odd Celtic compass rose.
